- Communicate with you about your report and any follow-up questions
- Facilitate an introduction to a licensed financial advisor, if you request one
4. How we store your information
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure located in Australia. We retain your information only as long as needed to provide the service and fulfil any legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
5. Who we share your information with
Financial advisors: Only if you explicitly ask to be connected. We share your name, phone number, and report with the advisor so they can provide relevant advice. We always tell you before sharing anything.
Third parties: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with marketers, data brokers, or anyone else.
6. Report analytics
When you open your Super Gap Report, we collect anonymous usage data (whether the report was opened, time spent, sections viewed). This helps us improve the report format. This data is not linked to any personally identifiable information beyond your existing conversation with us.
7. Cookies and website tracking
Our website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. We don't track your browsing behaviour.
8. Your rights
Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to:
